Amanda & Mike
We are a husband and wife team focused on value-add real estate investments.
Mike grew up in a low-income housing development in Queens, New York, after his family immigrated to the United States when he was five years old. Amanda was born and raised in a small town in Illinois. Our individual backgrounds give us a diverse perspective in housing and real estate, and the ability to connect with people from different demographics.
To invest in deals, we use our own capital that we have saved by working in the hospitality industry for the past twelve years. We are currently investing in and buying Mobile Home Parks, Multi-Family Properties, and single-family vacation rentals. We are committed to providing the best possible living situation for our tenants and improving their quality of life.
Where Our Interest Began
Mike was introduced to the Mobile Home Park industry when his parents left the hustle and bustle of New York City and moved to a 55+ Mobile Home Park in the suburbs of Long Island. They bought a great home with a nice yard at an affordable price, which allows them have extra funds to live and travel on during their retirement. Amanda and Mike are looking to buy Mobile Home Parks around the country, and have their residents display the same pride of ownership that Mike’s parents have in their community.
Preferred Criteria
Location: Midwest and Southeast of the United States
Area: near a metropolitan area with a population of 100,000+
Size: 40+ lots
Utilities: city water & sewer
Type of Park: all ages or 55+ is okay with us, preferably majority tenant owned homes, however, we will take on POH as well
Stability: We would consider both stable parks and value-add deals
